Yaba Sanshiro 3.1.3

Devmiyax offers a new version of its very good Saturn emulator based on Yabause. Completely abandoning the windows version and focusing only on the Android port, thanks to the architecture of Yabause, changes / improvements on the games are reflected normally on all ports. Devmiyax corrects without worrying about the associated regressions. Kronos is largely above graphic emulation level.
