HPSx64 v0270

HPSx64 (Highly-Experimental PlayStation Simulator x64) is a Sony PlayStation / PlayStation 2 emulator for 64-Bit windows.

The emulator is currently in the preliminary stages of development and should be considered for development or testing usage at present.
